Abstract
Stephen R. L. Clark’s 1982 Gifford lectures comprise the first five chapters of From Athens to Jerusalem, which he then expands in chapters 6–10. The lectures, representing a form of neo-Platonic Christian pluralism, assert that the love and pursuit of truth leads one beyond that which is empirically provable and into the realm of faith and toward knowledge of God. KEY WORDS: Christian, Relativism, Reason, Descartes, Epistemological faith, Truth, Logos, Religious enlightenment
